SnoRidge Healthy Kids Nutrition Camp

I think it's safe to assume that as parents, you are all making efforts to help your children develop healthy eating habits. However, sometimes you might get tired of nagging and just let some food choices slide, I get it.

My goal for hosting this camp is to teach your kids some foundational principles for eating so they can feel good and have stable energy.

My qualifications

Since you're going to be trusting me with your kids, I want to assure you that I am well-qualified. I received both my BS in Nutrition and Exercise Science and MS in Nutrition from Bastyr University. I've been practicing as a Certified Nutritionist in Issaquah at Cascade Integrative Medicine for the last 2 years.

I have extensive experience working with kids both in the nannying setting as well as teaching Baha'i children's classes for many years.

From an early age I was a lover of food, sometimes sneaking fresh fruits and veggies into my bed in the middle of the night for a snack. Being a believer in the important role of nature and movement in obtaining nourishment, I want to share my holistic view with your children of how food, movement, and nature are all intertwined.

I moved to the Snoqualmie Ridge neighborhood in January 2016 and am excited to become involved with the community here.
