Dr. Woodall's Nighttime tea

My husband has been making this tea every night for us and he swears that having the sea salt in it helps prevent the need to use the bathroom at night (because it helps wiht mild water retention)! It actually, unexpectedly, adds some nice flavor to it. It closely resembles a salted hot chocolate without the stimulating effects of chocolate.

Reishi and glycine are both well-known to support a state of calm and promote relaxation. Glycine also has the benefit of naturally tasting sweet! We joke that they should just start making soda sweetened with glycine so we can correct everyone's glycine deficiencies ;)

If you need help winding down before bed, enjoy this warm beverage before your next sleep!
