Did you know about 50% of the US population is deficient in magnesium (Mg)?

Magnesium is needed for pretty much every function in the body!

    • It is needed to make proteins (everything that exists in the body is either a protein or is made by proteins)

    • It is needed to utilize energy (everything that happens in the body requires energy)

Mg needs go up especially when women are beginning a new cycle and increasing intake can aid in cramp relief.

No wonder women crave chocolate around this time in their cycle! Cacao is a wonderful source of magnesium. So today I wanted to share with you a super simple recipe that is rich in magnesium AND high-fiber seeds to help with hormonal balance.
